 Milestones 
  Being a startup, everyone at New Momentum needed to push the boundaries of where Web 2.0 was. With that, I was tasked with building from the ground up, all business and executive dashboards, our data warehouse and cube displays, and all of our customer alerting infrastructure. I took this to heart and built one of the most exciting and useful customer touch experiences on the web for 2008.

During this period, my customer and analyst interactions where instrumental in moving from one paying customer, to seven paying customers and twenty ongoing trials. Also, I helped deliver a tenfold increase in customer revenue in the same period.
 
 Career Successes 
  • Architected, designed and built enterprise dashboards showing global performance statistics on brand protection violations and supply chain risk management trends.
  • Published SQL Server Analysis Services cubes on the Internet.
  • Interfaced face-to-face with major clients to determine future trends and specify desired new product features.
  • Demonstrated product lines to industry analysts including Gartner Group and AMR Research.
  • Built real-time graphing engine to show trends in customers, customer and product categories, time and a litany of other trending variables.
  • Architected, designed and built alerting system using a service-oriented architecture built on Windows Communication Framework (WCF) to notify customers of potential violating companies of channel and brand agreements.
  • Successfully migrated all web, test and development SQL Servers and Analysis Servers to SQL 2008.
  • Wrote use cases, functional specifications and design documents for new product features in brand protection and new products for supply chain risk management.
  • Coordinated, communicated and trained sales team and customers in the usage of our products and upcoming features.
  • Incorporated international capabilities throughout all databases, analysis engines and web sites.

Application:  Brand Protection is a tool that provides corporation intelligence on how their products are being presented on the open market. Deemed Enterprise Brand Intelligence, the application would bot the Internet, and capture data from various sources:
  • Franchise and large distribution websites,
  • Independent and gray market websites,
  • Email-based forums that aggregate buy/sell listings
  • Trade boards
  • Auction sites
  • Chat
  • B2C sites
  • Blogs
  • B2B sites
Once the information was captured, all data was presented through a portal that included dashboards (shown above), analysis engines, and custom report views.
